Based on the concept of the successful JS-790WS, the straight design guarantees low failure rates and optimal fulfilment of all requirements for a compact touch system. Optionally in a 30.5 cm 12 or 38.1 cm 15 version, Panasonic offers models with luminous displays known from the Stingray EPOS system, which can be equipped with diverse additional peripheral devices a magnetic stripe reader, fingerprint reader, I-button reader. They integrate themselves elegantly and ergonomically into the overall presentation and enormously expand the functionality of the system despite the small footprint.

Additional options, such as expansion of the interface packet, an integrated USB hub that expands the existing four interfaces to up to seven ports, a UPS battery that ensures orderly shut-down of the system and allows data to be saved if a power outage occurs, or a customer display with 2x20 characters broaden the range of applications, guarantee safety and increase the value of sales campaigns. On the customer side, the touch EPOS also has a large advertising space, which at any time can be individually redesigned. Functionality and profitability of the POS are thereby increased again, adding a particularly attractive benefit for the customer.
