Back to the product: This printer is made in Orlando, Florida which means parts are readily available and cheap so you can maintain the unit. The consumable parts are extremely easy to replace. Platen rollers and printheads can be replaced in less than 30 minutes each without experience. The labels can be setup on specialty software or just on Word or Excel using Windows printer drivers. They are light weight, but heavy duty. I've seen them last 15 years without much maintenance performed on them. Purchase this product with confidence.
