The Honeywell CK71 is an extreme-duty mobile computer, designed to be 31 percent smaller and lighter than other comparable handhelds on the market. The CK71 features a durable, 3.5-inch VGA touch screen with LED backlight, ambient light sensor and hardened Corning Gorilla Glass for added toughness. Designed for the most extreme work environments and constructed with high-quality, industrial grade materials, Honeywell’s CK71 can survive drops from 8 feet high onto a concrete surface and has an IP67 sealing rating against dust and accidental water immersion. The heavy-duty mobile computer is also non-incendive certified (Division 2), so it can be used in hazardous locations under normal working conditions.
The Honeywell CK71 is powered by a 1 GHz multi-engine processor and robust 802.11 a/b/g/n wireless connectivity. It is equipped with Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5.3, 512 MB of RAM, 1 GB Flash memory and a user-friendly micro SD card slot that accommodates up to 32 GB to run more demanding applications. The device also works with the Intermec FlexDock, a flexible docking-station that can be customized to accommodate one or more devices for communication and charging needs.
