Skid-Mounted Emergency Tempered Shower and Eye/Face Wash System. PERFORMANCE SERIES: Model 8760 standard decontamination skid is a tempering and decontamination skid-mounted system designed for the worst of indoor situations provides an operating temperature range of 40° to 100° F (4° to 38° C). This unit is supplied with a skid that is membrane encapsulated, fiberglass channel reinforced 5' x 5' (1.5 x 1.5 m) structure with bright yellow elastomeric chemically resistant waterproof coating, and protected with UV inhibitors. This can be used as a complete stand-alone decontamination unit and is flexible enough to be used as a multiple shower feeder, and is designed to operate with a number of tempering and electrical options. With features like a modesty curtain and alarm system, anyone would feel comfortable and safe in using this unit. It comes with a tempered water blending system that includes an integral hot water supply, whether stored or supplied by steam, and will incorporate fail-safe features like anti-scald protection and full flow cold water bypass. Standard electrical system is equipped with 480V 3ph, and is easily adapted for other voltages upon request. The ultimate in safety is present with a 20 gpm (75.7 L) AXION® MSR hydrodynamic shower head, and an eyewash that features the medically acclaimed AXION® MSR eye/face wash head assembly (patent pending). The rugged design of the scanner enables it to survive extreme temperatures, moist and dusty environments, and high electrostatic discharges. It can also survive harsh use including drops to concrete and hits to metal racks and conveyor belts. The optimized cable design maximizes cable durability in extreme use cases.
NOTE: The Honeywell 8670 Scanner is unavailable with UHF RFID technology. This scanner reads 1D and 2D barcodes, but does not have UHF capabilities.
