The heavy duty metal case provides durability, yet easy access to the media bays and the die-cast internal mechanism opens extremely wide for quick loading of labels and ribbons. However, the stylish case design means that the printer won�t look out of place in an office or shop as well as a warehouse or production line.

With print speeds up to 12 inches per second (300 mm/s), the CLP 9001 can produce 180 4"x4" (100mm x 100mm) labels per hour.

Easy connection to the outside world is via the standard parallel and RS232C serial interfaces (up to115,200 bps) and optionally IEEE 1284 high speed parallel, ethernet networking or a USB interface modules. Other options include a PCMCIA interface, two types of autocutter and a real-time clock and calendar.

The CLP 9301 and 9301R models have 300 dpi heads making them idea for retail applications requiring EAN/UCC compliant barcodes.
